Comfortable

Well-located for easy walks around a very charming town. We were easily able to visit with the rest of our family group staying a bit out-of-town. We did not spend much time at the house but enjoyed breakfast on the patio and found the beds very comfortable. The house itself was very accommodating.

Perfect Location and Spotless Cottage

We loved staying here during Parents Weekend at Roger Williams University. The neighborhood is very cute and within walking distance to much that Bristol has to offer! The cottage was spotlessly clean and well appointed. Bonus was the outdoor space complete with seating and fire table. Perfect spot for coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. We will definitely stay here again in our next few years with our son studying at RWU.

Well appointed. The property owners provided everything we would need in the home. House was awsome and is located in a Nice area with many local restaurants nearby.

Family Getaway

First of all contacting Sarah was such a breeze! She answered all the questions we had and made everything accessible and comfortable. What a beautiful house with such a "welcome home" feel. Everyone in attendance commented on how well stocked the house was! Extra toothbrushes and toothpaste in the medicine cabinets. A whole coffee station. We loved it! Only note is that the basement didn't have AC, which we didn't realize until during the stay. However, opening the window let in the cool night breeze and it felt just fine down there! Would definitely stay here again if we're find ourselves in the area! Thank you, Sarah!

We had a wonderful weekend staying here for a nearby wedding. I appreciated the playroom in the basement and high chair for my little one. Great location to walk into Bristol

The place was clean, tidy, bright and cheery. Walking distance to downtown Bristol. My only complaint is that the beds weren't very comfortable. Other than that it great!

Great location, clean, and ideal!

We stayed here with my family for the weekend my brother got married and the grooms party used it as their space to get ready in. The house was clean and we had great communication from the host. We were a short walk or drive to the main shops and would definitely stay again!

Charming, Historic, In-Town House

Such a nice house in easy walking distance from the main downtown area with shops and restaurants yet quiet and easy to find. The house itself has old house charm and yet the furnishings are comfortable, functional, and attractive. It was spotless and very thoughtfully appointed (everything needed in the kitchen and even an extra toothbrush in each bathroom.).

I would give more than 5 stars if I could. This property was perfect for our New England getaway. Located in a lovely neighborhood, easy to access and a perfect place to land and relax after a busy day. Adorably decorated with attention to the little details… it felt like home away from home.
