This was excellently situated. The staff greeted me warmly, and the room was spotless and well-equipped with all essentials. The happy hour was a great bonus. I highly recommend staying at the RIU and hope to return soon.

It wasn't worth the almost $800. My expectations weren't met. I was informed at check in that I would receive a text notification when my room was ready. I never received a notification. When I approached the front desk to inquire, my room still wasn't ready and my family and I had to wait for our room to be cleaned by housekeeping. I wasn't impressed with the room and the check in was a hassle. After flying across the country with a family and two children, we just wanted to get in our room.
