"We had a suite 226. I'll start with the bathroom. The bathroom door is about to come off its top hinge. The sink taps had a brown grunge around the top part. The toilet barely flushes. The pole for the shower curtain is bent so when you shower the curtain slides to the lower centre. The little kitchen was great. The pull out couch had some stains on the couch upholstery. The beds were clean and comfortable.
The whole hotel needs a bit of a touch up. The walls had lots of dings and wallpaper cuts. It would have been nice to have two TV remotes for the two tvs. And why was there no fold out stand for holding a suit case up or a bench or something to place them on. Even the smaller regular rooms have that feature. We've stayed on this property many times in the towers and it would have been nice to be directed to our room as 'go for a drive around back past Denny's and find a hotel door then enter there'. Entering from the lobby dragging all our stuff was ridiculous we didn't know there were a half dozen meeting rooms to go past as we followed the room number directions."
