“Had a lovely 3 night break at this property. It’s nice and spacious with comfortable beds and extremely clean. Everything necessary for self catering is there and I would thoroughly recommend it. The shower has great water pressure too (this is important to me!) Within a stones throw of a couple of pubs which both have lovely gardens on the water and serve food all day. Jump in the car and the local area has plenty to offer too. We had our dog with us and he loved the walks - no need for a car……

“Fantastic location and great hosts. Wet peaceful and quiet and amazing gardens. Wish we had more time as Travis was a wealth of knowledge of WW2 planes and air hubs with an amazing collection of artifacts and history in his museum that we has no idea even existed when booking. Would highly recommend extra time to see. Would definitely stay here again. Many, many, many thanks!!”

“Stunning house in a lovely area! The bedrooms were roomy and comfortable each with a bathroom. Living spaces were a good size and nicely furnished. The communication before from Stef and Nikki was exceptional and we were provided with lots of info to make our stay more enjoyable. Hot tub overlooking the river was a nice touch. Wasn't able to use on day of arrival as it'd just been cleaned therefore wasnt up to temperature however everyone enjoyed it on the 2nd day. Thanks to the owners, we had a……

“Lovely old property right opposite old churches in Reepham. Really high temperatures when we were there but house remained cool so no problems sleeping at night. Bed extremely comfortable too. House was well equipped with everything required for a weeks stay. Would thoroughly recommend this property.”

“We could not have had a better experience. The property is stunning and had everything you could possibly need. The folks at Norfolk Holiday Rentals were so kind and responsive. Their guide to the home - which even featured suggested activities, restaurants, and rental companies for events - was so helpful. Our whole group had the best time - we couldn't recommend it more! ”

Plenty of kitchen wear they only thing we may suggest is some form of cleaning product as it wasnt something we thought of bringing with us. “Clean, very comfortable and well equipped. Great quiet location, close to local shop, and a couple of takeaways and good pubs. Private (apart from security camera!) garden great for watching the wildlife. Would just appreciate the patio area cleared of weeds and thistle. Overall, would recommend and would stay again.”
