“Thank you for letting us stay in this nice property. The location is excellent. The WiFi and Sky TV is very good. The host was receptive and communicative. I feel that the property could use some updating eg. the taps drip a fair bit and the First Aid box is out of date. ”

“The house was clean and in a good location, there was plenty of crockery and cutlery and an absolute mountain of every conceivable type of glassware , tea coffee, sugar, salt and vinegar supplied but no welcome pack and we had to buy extra dishcloths as only 1 was provide, also there was no teapot provided. There were no instruction manuals for any of the electrical items.Access and parking at the property was very misleading, the road was in a dreadful state full of potholes and our third car……

“The house in Sheringham was perfect - tasteful, spacious, cosy and well equipped! The short walk into town made for exploring the high street, visiting the beach and tasting the mix of coffee shops. The car parking space was a cherry on the cake, meaning we could come and go as we pleased. Our dogs loved the enclosed garden, meaning they could explore with peace of mind. We had a really wholesome stay over New Years, and felt Phil maintain good communication throughout which was reassuring for……
