“We liked the room. Breakfast was about as the same as similar places. The pool was nice and there were plenty of towels available. My one complaint is that the staff did not take care of a potentially dangerous issue where several young kids were running and doing flips into the pool. They were nearly landing on each other and my kids. I pulled my kids out of there quickly. I told the manager and her reply was they don’t have a lifeguard and swim at your own risk. The posted policy says “No……

“Very Disappointed. I've stayed here many times before and appreciate the cleanliness of the hotel. Frustratingly, my rental car was not available on time so I immediately called SpringHill to request a change of room night for the next night. I have proof the rental car agent never showed, I bought extra travel insurance, I paid with AMEX (more insurance) and I'm a BonVoy member. “We were not too happy about this hotel. The rooms are very outdated. The furniture was old and needed a good cleaning. There was that divider in the middle of the room with ONE chair to sit at. The television had a blue tint so you could not tell what any colors should be. The ice machine in the hallway was broken. We went out for the day and left the Do Not Disturb on the door only to come back to the room to the refrigerator being turned off and we had perishable food in it. We noticed……
