「I stayed here for one night with my daughter after a trip to Peppa Pig World, and I’m so glad I chose this hotel. It was absolutely wonderful.
The staff were lovely, and there was so much to do. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools, played ping-pong, explored the grounds, and even went on the zip line.
The most magical part was seeing the wild horses just a short walk away. Being right in the heart of the New Forest made it feel really special.

「Never stay here in the summer! A lovely hotel with a great spa but sadly the staff were not interested. Our room (6) was boiling hot, far hotter than 2 other hotel rooms we have slept in over this May 26 heatwave. When we raised this at check in and explained that we would not be able to sleep in the room we were given a spare fan that simply moved the hot are around.
