「It’s just that there’s no one at the front desk. It’s very inconvenient when we need some help and there’s no employee at the front desk to help. The room was okay but windows couldn’t open and it’s poor ventilation. But very quiet and safe. Coffee machine very not clean and bathroom are very small.」

「Well located close to harvard square, very clean, quiet, cozy and very welcoming staff and entire experience; rooms with the little patios are excellent; breakfast looked excellent ( but could not enjoy as i had meetings outside every day before 8am, when breakfast starts)」
