Our beautiful stone house offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature’s tranquility. The perfect getaway for relaxation, outdoor adventures, or simply unwinding in a cozy, picturesque setting.

Whether you are in town for business, a hockey tournament, visiting family and friends or looking to have a relaxing girls weekend and enjoy the hot tub you will find everything you need here.

Our home sleeps 6 comfortably making it great for families or small groups. We feature an open concept living room with a plush sectional, oversized recliner, a 70" TV and cozy in-floor heat.

THE SPACE



Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, dresser, luggage rack, usb lights for easy phone charging, ceiling fan, black-out drapes, full size mirror and convenient 3 pce Ensuite.



Bedroom 2 has a full size bed, closet, luggage rack, usb lights for easy phone charging, and full size mirror

Bedroom 3 and 4 each have a twin size bed, usb lights for easy phone charging, luggage rack and full size mirror

All bedrooms are equipped with auxiliary heat which is individually controlled as well as extra blankets and pillows in each room.

KitchenOur fully equipped kitchen is well suited for cooking, baking or air-frying crispy wings. We also have a full coffee bar featuring a 12 Cup coffee maker, single use keurig machine with an assortment of single use coffee pods. We have Tim Hortons Coffee, regular and decaf, tea, sugar, sweetener and coffee mate. We also have a full spice cabinet. You are welcome to use all cooking supplies and anything else you find in the pantry or main fridge.

Our glassed in 4 season sunroom boasts in-floor heat, a small exercise area and direct access to our hot tub.

We also have a large private backyard with a childs play set, clothes line, large fire pit and a large deck overlooking the river,We also have an office area if you are working on the go.

Our laundry room is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay, including a washer, dryer, detergent, and fabric softener. Whether you’re freshening up your clothes or tackling a full load, feel free to make use of this convenient amenity. Make yourself at home!

GUEST ACCESS

You will have access to the entire home and property excluding the two utility closets in the main floor bathroom

We are pet friendly! But please note, pets are allowed with prior notice only. If you wish to bring a pet, please contact us in advance to discuss details and ensure we can accommodate your furry friend.



There will be an additional cleaning fee of $60. for pets. This helps us maintain the space for all guests to enjoy.



*** Late CheckOut Policy- Our standard check out time is 11am. A late check-out within a two-hour window is complimentary, but please notify us in advance. Any check-out beyond two hours may incur an additional fee.We kindly ask that you respect the time, as we need to prepare the space for the next guests.

TV & STREAMING SERVICES:

To use our tv you will need to use your own account information, for streaming services. You will be asked to enter your checkout date. That way we can ensure your privacy is respected as your pass codes will be deleted upon checkout.
