“The room was perfect, we were greeted by deer grazing outside the windows when we arrived. The owners are awesome and very knowledgable about the area, even gave us tips of things to do during our stay. The homemade breakfast was amazing, we will definatly make this our go to stay anytime we visit, thank you for making our trip a memorable one!!!!”

“We booked through a third-party and paid extra for breakfast and money voucher however, upon check-in, the hotel said they could not see anything about a money voucher and so we paid extra for breakfast only.”

“Our stay was unfortunately cut short due to a family emergency. However, we absolutely loved the property. The refurbishing of the town hall was expertly done and very attractive. The bed was super comfortable (I believe the mattress was the same type as we have at home). If we ever make it to Lead in the future, we will be staying here. Also the partnership shared with the Stampmill restaurant made for convenient, friendly and delicious dinning! We loved it!”

“I recently stayed at the Bullock Hotel, and overall, it was a great experience. The hotel itself is beautiful and full of history, which is one of the main reasons we chose to stay there. If you love historic places with character, this is definitely the place for you. The atmosphere really makes you feel like you’ve stepped back in time, and the stories about it being haunted add to the experience. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant, and it was excellent, especially for the price. You……

“Best place in Deadwood for family trips! Great staff! Clean ! Great breakfast! Very accommodating and everyone from the sweets at the front desk to the owner who is on site and taking care of things, are so nice! We will make this our “ go to” for all of our Deadwood vacations ”

“The room and staff were great. We had my dad with us and he is in a w/c. Parking for handicapped across the street you had to pay $15 a night and the handicapped parking was quite aways away. We didn’t know we had to pay for parking as that was new. Then the next day we found out we could have parked on the street for free since we needed handicapped parking. No one told us that when we checked in.”

“Parking was not easy. Property did not list no pickup truck and trailer parking. We had to park down the street in the visitor center lot. Not very convenient when we came in the night of a snow storm. The gal checking us in seemed frazzled, she must have been alone, didn't explain anything to me about how to get to our room, pool, ice machines nor any information about breakfast. ”
