The house is very clean, super nice location very accommodating. The kitchen and outside areas were our favorite spots. The host was very responsive and very kind. We plan on coming back god willing next year. We didn’t get to enjoy the pool but next time we will book in the summer to get the full benefit.

Beautiful well-equipped property that made relaxing easy. The dog run worked well with no security issues. The main back yard was very nice, just keep an eye on the dogs.

One of the best rentals we’ve ever stayed at! Very clean, beautifully decorated, and has everything you need for a home away from home. We enjoyed the pool and multiple outdoor areas. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

We loved staying here! The space is just as described and pictured. It was clean and had plenty of space for the five of us to relax and visit. The beds are super comfortable, the kitchen nice and spacious and the pool looked amazing! Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful property with PLENTY of room! The decor was absolutely gorgeous. It was very private but only about five minutes from town, making grocery store runs a breeze! They provided pool toys, corn hole boards, and board games! I highly recommend!!

The property was amazing and my family and I had a wonderful time. The pool was sublime. The hot tub perfectly warm, the games a fun addition and the accommodations for dogs the reason we rented it. It was a bucket list trip for our pups and we will never forget it. We may well be back again next year!

With 5 grandchildren and 2 adults we found plenty to keep us busy. One chose to sleep on the couch which was ok. Two shared a bed and the other two had their own beds. We were all able to sit together for meals and the large kitchen island was helpful in preparing meals. Loved the pool area and hot tub. Plenty of yard for the kids to run and play chase.

We loved our stay! The home was beautiful, clean and spacious. The huge pool was perfect for the hot temperatures. Lots of outdoor seating, tv and grill. Management was only a text away. The home was just as described in the listing. We are already planning to go back.

The house was great. We’ve stayed at tons of vacation rentals and this was one of my favorites. The only issues we had was the host. She ignored most of my texts and phone calls. Was really disappointed in that. Non responsive 99% of the time.

House was nice and clean on the inside. The pool was not clean and the hot tub did not have enough chlorine so it smelled. The grass was also not mowed. We still had a great time!

This property was fantastic for our stay with 5 adults and the dogs. The beds and linens were comfortable, sufficient towels, toilet paper, dish/laundry detergents. The yard and outdoor spaces were beautiful to enjoy at all times of the day. The hot tub and pool were awesome. Wifi and TVs worked well. The location was conveniently located near the highway for easy access but not so near to hear traffic noise. There were many gaps in the fence outside that a dog can escape fro but there is a small pile of bricks in the yard that coud be used to close most of them. There were plenty of dishes with the exception of forks and mugs so we just washed after each meal. Overall, a perfect place on all accounts and I hope we get to stay again soon. Restaurants we'd recommended: Papa Poblanos, Hochatown Saloon, and Beavers Bend Restaurant.

The home was very nice, clean and had everything we could want. Very relaxing for the adults with large screen tv's even on the porch by the pool. Kids has room to run and play. Everyone loved the pool and hot tub; kids were in the pool 3-4 times every day. There were beach towels for everyone to have one. The grill was gas and worked great, cooked on it several times. Bed rooms were comfortable, master bed room had tv and coffee maker. the only downside was the bathroom was at one end of the house and pool was at the other kids going through house to bathroom wet from pool (had to wipe up after them). Grocery store, meat market, fast food, restraints are all close by. There are plenty of things for adults and kids to do around this area (game room, boat-kayak rental, horse ride, train ride, casino, zip line, golf)We are planning net years trip for 10 days in June back to this house.

Hopes were high for this property, we found what we thought to be a hidden gem for our anniversary weekend with a pool, hottub, beautiful views, almost too good to be true. Once we got here we realized that it was indeed too good to be true. Upon arrival we first noticed that the pool was filled with floating grime and residue. We contacted maintenance and they told us that a leak was found the week prior and that since it was probably to cold to swim anyways they didnt address it until the morning of.I can understand that one might think its too cold to use the pool, but let us make that decision if the pool is part of the package.Second, ensure you detail that the pool is seasonal and that it is not heated. Other listings will specifocally say "closed for season". Beyond the pool, the inside of the house was well kept and the people who clean did a fine job. However, everything inside seemed like it was stage furniture and fixtures. The tables in the living area were barely assembled and were flimsey. The bed was one of the most uncomfortable surfaces ive ever attempted to lie on and that counts the desert floor. To top it off, the inviting bath tub in the master was impossible to fill as the hot water barely came out as a trickle. The area, is not anplace you can take a walk and enjoy the nature. Trash lines the sides of the road and the sound of construction is a constant.

There was no welcome information. No wifi, the pool liner was coming off. I couldn't sweep up a mess because there was no broom at all. The shower nobs fell off. I couldn't get in, i had to call an 800 number to get a hold of some one because the guest contact number sid not work. Not worth the price at all. I stay in these places a lot and this one was the worst.

Everything was well thought-out to provide best comfort & experience for guests. Even a pretty welcome for us on kitchen island. Cleanest rental I’ve been to. Beds/pillows comfy & clean. K-cup machine in master. Almost every window has beautiful views. Lots of sitting areas. Our favorite- the pool. The pool has water features that are pretty to look at & very relaxing to listen to. We LOVED the set-up of the pool. Generous size, steps leading into the pool, safety bar. Plenty of sturdy chairs/lounges. Table by pool & grill was great evening hangout. Beach towels provided. Very pet-friendly. Beautiful landscaping, trees, nearby lake, etc. The lake is privately owned & not for use, but still added to the scenery. There was a shelf of games & puzzles. Wifi kept up with daughter’s workday (graphic designer). An oasis in slightly rural area. Remote enough for privacy but not far from necessities. House and decor are beautiful yet comfortable to be in. A lot of nice touches. We truly appreciate the thought that went into not just “purpose,” but creating opportunities for “MOMENTS.” Great job, Evolve. Great to work with. And thank you Chelsea! Wishlist (it’s possible we just didn’t see some things): cereal bowls (not blates), meat thermometer, steak knives, dustbuster, pool net, window shades or curtains in 2 of BRs instead of just sheers. A pool shower or 3rd bathroom would’ve been so handy.

The property was very nice, house was clean and looked just like the listing. Good location, about 15 minutes from Broken Bow Lake. House was clean and great for anyone traveling with dogs.
