unbelievable stay

An absolute beauty and such a nice place to stay for the whole family . Communication was amazing , the house was so clean and neat, great outdoor area and just all the way around one of the best and most amazing places we have ever stayed in . I am glad we picked this place and for sure will visit again .

Breathtaking location, stunning home, pristine swimming pool with a heater that allowed for morning, afternoon, and evening swims. We viewed a lot of properties in our search for the perfect gathering spot for family, and friends who are family, to come together for an eclipse adventure. The home accommodates all ages, plenty of common space, games, a well-appointed kitchen, and a fabulous bunkroom. Pictures and property descriptions are spot-on.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is built to accommodate large groups. We were very happy that there were plenty of king size bed for everyone along with en suite bathrooms in all of the bedrooms! The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and utensils. The property manager was responsive when we had questions. This is one of the best houses that we have stayed in broken Bow and would go back. Everything was clean and it is a unique property. The one thing I wish I had known before going was that you have to drive down a 4 mile dirt road to get To the house, but was just a function of the neighborhood. There are plenty of reasons not to leave the house, but you will want to stock up on groceries before you get there!

Very nice but toooo hot in summer months

This house is very large, great game room, well equipped kitchen. We had a family reunion. The 60/70 year olds stayed here. Our kids & grandkids stayed at nearby cabins but came to our large cabin during the day. The a/c could NOT keep up. Even on days when we had just a few present. Shades on outer porch to keep the evening west sun from blasting in would help. Also ceiling fans! We took sheets off of the beds & hung them on the glass windows. It was 82 at one point. Also, there are only 2 comfortable chairs downstairs. The long sofas are terrible. A/C & sitting areas need improvement! Otherwise, the place is fabulous. I chose this because there are no stairs (except to go ^) to enter or to 4 of the very nice bedrooms. The pool is very long but only narrow maybe 6ish ft wide.

We had the best time celebrating Thanksgiving week here with family. Age range was 2-86. Home was well equipped with everything we needed. Especially loved they had a gate for the stairs. Completely functional kitchen. Very spacious, easy check-in, easy check-out. Thank you for a wonderful week!

Had a large group for a family trip of all ages, everyone really enjoyed the house! So many games and things for the kiddos to do. The host was very responsive as well. Definitely recommend!

This home was beautiful, the view was beautiful. The home itself and all it’s amenities are enough to entertain a group without ever going anywhere! The property manager was also great, very responsive. I do think it’s important to note that if you have a group big enough to fill this house you should bring extra trash bags, paper towels and toilet paper. Overall I would stay here again!

I can’t begin to express how happy we were with our stay! This house is amazing. Words don’t do it justice. They thought of EVERYTHING!! I could have stayed a month and never left the premises! It is modern with such a cozy feel. They have gone over the top to insure you have everything you need. I was so lucky to find this property.
