The Newly Built Sippin' Sunsets Cabin in Broken Bow offers a serene retreat in Carter Mountain West, featuring breathtaking views that enhance your relaxation experience. Guests can enjoy outdoor activities such as cornhole, while the inviting firepit provides the perfect setting for evening gatherings under the stars. This cabin combines modern amenities with a rustic charm, making it an ideal destination for those seeking both adventure and tranquility.
This luxurious living space features a stylish leather couch that comfortably seats three, accompanied by a love seat and an oversized chair, perfect for relaxation. A gas fireplace adds warmth and ambiance, while a big-screen TV enhances entertainment options.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cooking and serving essentials, including a Duo coffee pot that offers both a regular drip option and a Keurig K-cup feature. A dining table accommodates six, with additional seating for four at the kitchen island, making it ideal for gatherings.
The first master bedroom, located on the ground floor, boasts a king-size bed, nightstands, and a spacious closet with hangers and a suitcase stand. Guests can enjoy breathtaking mountain views and unwind with a big-screen TV. The en-suite bathroom features double vanity sinks and a large walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head, with all linens and toiletries provided.

The shared bathroom upstairs is designed for relaxation, featuring a spacious walk-in shower complete with a rainfall shower head, and all essential toiletries including linens, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are thoughtfully provided to enhance your stay.
The unique bunk room/game room is a haven for fun and relaxation, featuring two sets of triple-stacked twin XL beds that can accommodate multiple guests, alongside a pool table and shuffleboard for friendly competition. With three big-screen TVs, a giant Jenga, a comfortable futon, and two chairs, this space is perfect for both gaming and lounging, while direct access to the upstairs patio allows for seamless indoor-outdoor living, where you can enjoy cornhole and breathtaking views from the seating area for four.
The downstairs patio is an entertainer's dream, offering cozy seating for two by the TV and gas fireplace, a gas grill for outdoor cooking, and dining space for 4-6 guests, making it ideal for al fresco meals. Unwind in the inviting hot tub, conveniently located near a TV, or gather around the fire table with seating for five, creating the perfect atmosphere for evening relaxation. Just off the patio, a firepit with seating for seven provides an additional gathering spot, ensuring that every moment spent in this home is filled with comfort and enjoyment.
**Firewood Provided**
General Information – Full-size washer and dryer available in the laundry closet with an iron and ironing board. Fireplaces are seasonally available (October – May 15th). Please also note that this property uses exterior surveillance cameras facing away from and monitoring activity approaching the cabin's entrances. The only cameras being monitored during your stay are the front-facing cameras to ensure guests do not go over max occupancy at check-in. Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due the guest will incur a 6% processing fee. The maximum occupancy for this cabin is 13, with no exceptions.
It is located near all the best restaurants, activities, and park amenities. It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries, and downtown Hochatown, and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, Choctaw Landing Casino, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.
Don't forget these items when you come to visit:
• Rain gear and light jackets (Our average rainfall is 55″-60″ each year).
• We have beautiful scenic trails; good hiking boots are a must.
• Water shoes for our vast shorelines and streams.
• Insect repellent, sunblock, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments --A starter supply of coffee/filters, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap is provided. Still, guests may need to bring additional supplies.
