Our beachfront Bungalow features a king size master bedroom, a tropical inspired ensuite bathroom where you can watch the trees and stars from the bath. The open plan living space offers all the comforts and convenience of a fully equipped property - the kitchen, dining and lounge space is light, bright and very spacious. Expansive sliding doors open up onto the deck to ensure optimum enjoyment from both inside and out of the natural beauty that surrounds.
The lawn area is surrounded by native flora and fauna (wallabies, echidnas, bush turkeys, etc) and gives you 100 percent privacy. Other than seeing a few people on the beach, you`re likely not to see another soul during your stay.
The Bungalow is pet-friendly! The lush yard and tropical gardens are fence (height 1.2mt) with room for your fur baby to roam and play. Small well-behaved dogs are considered. The nearest dog beach is a couple of minutes drive away at Suffolk Park. Broken Head is a National Park, no dogs are allowed in the National Park or on Broken Head beach. Pets must be authorised by management prior to booking, T&C`s apply. $70 pet fee applies.
Things To Do • Swim, surf or kayaking on the beautiful Broken Head Beach 1 minute walk down a private sand-path. • Nature walks throughout the World Heritage listed rainforest, beginning at your doorstep • Take a dip at the stunning secluded back beaches • Take an leisurely 15 minute walk along the beachfront to Suffolk Park`s cafes, restaurants, supermarket & bakery. • Take a beach walk towards the Byron Bay Lighthouse to Tallows Beach. • Take a dip in the all natural rejuvenating tea-tree lake, please respect the cultural significance of the Ti-Tree Lake to the local Bundjalung women.
Guests enjoy exclusive use of the entire beachfront Bungalow property and its private tropical garden. We have a fun soft surfboard and bodyboard that you are most welcome to enjoy during your stay.
LOCATION Our luxury beachfront Bungalow is located in the exclusive and secure Pavilions Enclave. The lawns and gardens front directly to the national park rainforest and the beach. This exclusive enclave offers a peaceful and safe environment for your personal indulgence. It is situated at Broken Head, at the southern end of the beach stretching from the Byron Bay Light House to Broken Head. A short five minute drive takes you to all the best eateries and bars Byron has to offer. Alternatively 10 to 15 mins to the eclectic and always interesting towns of Bangalow and Lennox Head.
There is a small shop with basic items (bread, milk, ice creams) located 400m away at the Caravan Park as well as a mobile coffee card setup during holiday season, or a neighbourhood shopping centre is approximately 2 kilometres away at Suffolk Park. You can enjoy a leisurely 15 minute walk along the beach to the Suffolk Shops. The shopping centre has a Spa supermarket, pharmacist, bakery, bottle shop, post office, as well as a Vietnamese, Italian and India restaurants.
LOCAL ATTRACTIONS Swim and surf right out front in Byron`s best surf break. Walk along the Beach to the world famous Kings Beach, one of the most secluded and beautiful beaches in Australia. *(Note can be clothes optional.)
Take a short drive into the hills to experience the many delightful rivers, rainforest reserves and quaint townships of the north coast of NSW.
OUTDOOR ENTERTAINING Two sets of expansive sliding glass doors open out onto the deck surrounded by lush tropical gardens. The stunning glass retractable sliding doors are perfect for creating the effortless flow of indoor/outdoor relaxation.
PET-FRIENDLY Small house trained dogs are most welcome (quiet dogs only - please no persistent barkers). The yard is grassed, secure and fully fenced (fence height is 1.2 metres). Your dog is welcome to sleep inside during the day and night but not on the furniture please. All dog waste must be removed from the property prior to checking out.

Broken Head is 7km`s from Byron central and take approximately 10minutes by car. A glorious beach bike ride will take you all the way into town, it takes a leisurely 60 minutes depending on tide and wind.
The Ballina/Byron Gateway Domestic Airport is a 30 minute drive south of Byron Bay, Gold Coast Domestic/International Airport is a 45 minute drive to the north. Brisbane International Airport is an easy two hours north. Regular shuttle bus services are available door to door to and from airports.
Booking Information • Group Restrictions - maximum of 2 adults at the property unless otherwise approved directly with Byron Beach Retreats. • Strict noise policy and no parties permitted - fees and eviction can apply for security call-outs. See terms and conditions for further information. • No commercial activities or events permitted including but not limited to hens/bucks events, engagements or weddings. • Intimate events, photo/video shoots may be arranged directly with Byron Beach Retreats. Additional fees and T&C’s apply. • No Schoolies or school-leavers permitted. • No smoking inside the property. * Pets are considered but must be authorised by Management prior to check in. It is the pet owners responsibility to remove all pet waste from the property prior to departure. If extra cleaning, waste removal, or maintenance is required as a result of the pet, additional fees will be deducted from the bond and is not negotiable. Broken Head is a National Park, no dogs are allowed anywhere in the National Park or on Broken Head beach. • We reserve the right to cancel any bookings made that do not comply with these conditions. Breaches of these conditions during your stay may result in immediate termination without refund of rent or bond. ** SMALL DOGS are considered by management and must be authorised prior to check in. - Pets to be confined to the immediate property boundary & not permitted to roam freely. - As a responsible pet own please note and respect that Broken Head beach is not pet-friendly, the nearest dog-friendly leash-free beach is a couple of minutes drive away at Suffolk Park. - Broken Head is a National Park, no dogs are allowed anywhere in the National Park or on Broken Head beach. - All pet waste must be removed from the property prior to departure. - If extra cleaning, waste removal, or maintenance is required as a result of the pet, additional fees will be deducted from the bond and is not negotiable.
** PARTIES and FUNCTIONS are strictly prohibited. Breach of this condition may result in immediate termination and eviction without refund and extra charges for security, cleaning, garbage removal, wear and tear, repairs etc.
** NOISE RESTRICTIONS - Guests must consider our neighbours and abide by local council noise restrictions that are in place from 9pm.
** DISTURBANCE TO OUR NEIGHBOURS, including excessive noise, is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses.
** NOMINATED GUESTS ONLY and agreed in the Booking may stay in the Property over night. If any other guests stay extra charges will apply and/or the agreement may be terminated without refund and guests vacated from the premises.
** SECURITY - if security is required to attend the Property due to noise complaints the security call out fee of approximately $250 will be deducted from the security bond, second noise complaint can mean loss of full bond and being asked to vacate the Property immediately.
