“We enjoyed our stay immensely! Our room was lovely and clean. The pillows and bed were very comfortable! The Green Mountain coffee in our room was a nice touch! Our only complaint was that there wasn’t real cream for our coffee, so next time, we will bring our own. The large walk-in shower was very nice as well.
The main common area was beautiful and homey! The kitchen seemed fully equipped, but we didn’t have any meals there.
We will definitely come back for a longer stay!”

Lots of spider webs in lamp shades and around window areas. Just seemed to be overlooked for a long time. Unfortunately, we did not have a window screen on our room window in order to cool the room off due to the AC unit not functioning properly. We did find a fan which helped some. The breakfast was delicious and it was overall a……

“I think it is one of those properties that your experience depends on where you stay. The hotel is a historic hotel with sash windows and little in the way of sound proofing. We were in the Orvis Inn and had a room next to the road at the front of the building. As such it was loud and drafty.
There was no sound proofing in the room and you could hear every step of the people above. We were due to stay five nights and left after three. I think the final straw was a dog in the room above barking……
