「Customer service was nice… but the room was disgusting. Also needed repairs that should be cheap and easy. The restroom door was messed up and had a fist hole cracked in. Looks like blood splatter on the ceiling. Blankets had tears. Literally looked like a crime scene. Tried to shake it off. Then later in the stay the top sheets flopped off and the mattress protector had stains… I literally had to remind myself I got what I paid for.」
