Condo at Rainbow Rock
With the exception of 1 thing, our condo 306C exceeded my expectations. (And my expectations were high) This was a Celebration of Life for my husband who died recently. It “sleeps 6”. The problem was the worn down mattress on the couch that made out. Not comfortable at all! They resorted to a blow up bed and slept on the floor.

Wonderful!
This was our second stay here. Once again the condo was spotless; everything we might have needed was provided; the host was immediately responsive; the furniture was very comfortable; and the view from the spacious balcony (and the dining and living rooms) was extraordinarily beautiful.

Brookings Condo Stay
The location was vary convenient. The check in process was easy. Management was available when we needed them. The unit was very clean. The views were spectacular. We would highly recommend staying there. We already plan too.

Perfect vacation
The perfect location to enjoy the beautiful Oregon coast. The view from the Condo was even better than the photos. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. The people we met were all friendly. The local restaurants were all very good.

This was an incredible stay and I literally want to turn around and go right back. An amazing way for my daughter to see and explore a more northern coast as we came from So Cal. The mountains and the beach had a beautiful baby and this unit was the most amazing place to see it. We felt safe and expansive, perched and peaceful. Love every second. The host was so helpful and the property was clean. The neighbors were friendly. What a great trip!

Location location location
Very cozy, older but comfortable. All cups in kitchen were dirty.. so we had to clean. Beds super and verycomfortable! Loved ocean view and 2 of the 3 were able to enjoy beach... steep going up and down but groomed trails were nice. I would come back but, for price we shouldn't have to strip beds, towels and leaf dishwasher. We can do that at home. While point of spending that kind of money is to be lazy.

Every property on VRBO has a cleaning fee. People are renting our home not a hotel. My cleaning fee is $30 to $40 less than many Rainbow Rock rentals. Vacationing using homeowners homes has opened a new world for travelers but not for people who think the point of "spending that kind of money is to be lazy".

What an absolute treat to stay in this beautiful condo! Views from every window! Very clean and exactly as described. Great location and quiet neighborhood. I loved the easy access to the beach. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Wonderful location, beautiful unit
We loved this clean, well-equipped unit. Plenty of room for our family of 4 but definitely room for more people. The view of the ocean is perfection and the beach has tons of sea life. Highly recommend! We will definitely be back.

180 degrees of ocean!
My girlfriend and I stayed 3 nights and absolutely loved the condo. The view was absolutely amazing! The beds, pillows, sofas, everything was so comfortable. Very easy to check in and wished we could have stayed longer. Close to town and the surroundings units were quiet. The blackout drapes in the bedrooms were nice, but, I would suggest to install mini blinds for privacy when you don't want the drapes drawn. This will definitely be my go to place when visiting Brookings!

Great views
Beautiful views of the ocean with rocks to enhance the majesty of the sea. The condo is definitely dated and some of the surfaces are worn but it is very clean. No musty smell which can be common on the coast. Bedding and towels are good quality and plentiful. The private beach is very small but still nice at low tide. Almost non existent at high tide. Over all a nice trip. I do feel the service fees are too high.

Wonderful!
This condo was very spacious, clean and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen, lots of fluffy towels, and anything else we might have needed for a great stay. We all commented on how quiet and peaceful the condo was and how well we slept there. We loved the private beach, the forest hike accessible from the parking lot, and the starfish clinging to the rocks at Harris Beach State Park, 5 minutes away. And the view from the balcony was marvelous. We are eager to return. Thank you, Kristin.

AMAZING
The view from the condo and having access to the private beach make this worth every penny even if you never left the property! Samuel H Boardman was mere minutes away with some of the most breath taking scenery I have ever seen! The condo itself could use some upgrades and all the laundry soap and soaps in the bathrooms were dollar tree quality, but again you go here for the view and that definitely did not disappoint! I would love to bring my kids back here when they are older! It’s a memory I never want to forget!

Brookings Relaxation Retreat
The unit was very nice and had plenty of room. The recliner and reclining sofa were very comfortable. You could hear the ocean waves even from the master bedroom at the back of the unit. The complex was not crowded at all and when we walked to beach we were the only ones there most of the time. The walking trail behind the complex was very nice and provided beautiful viewpoints. My only comment would be that a few more fans be provided in the unit for warmer days.

Great 3rd floor condo overlooking the ocean. It is spacious and well equipped with basic essentials. The beds are comfy & supportive. This is a perfect location for anywhere you'd like to go while staying in Brookings. No highway noise, just the sound of the ocean.

We had a very good time in Brookings it’s a beautiful quaint city . The condo was comfortable and in a great location. I love the view from the balcony you can also walk down to the beach on a very beautiful trail. I would definitely go back.

Spectacular!
We had a wonderful stay, with perfect weather, and spectacular views of the ocean. The condo view is remarkable as it is on the 3rd floor, with large picture windows and slider onto nice deck. The furniture was dated, but the unit was very clean and comfortable. The hike down to the beach was a bit tricky as we needed to navigate over drift wood and rocks, but once we were on the beach, we were in heaven! No agates, but lots of rainbow-colored rocks and fun tide pools and more! we couldn't have had a more perfect stay. Thanks!!

Breathtaking views of the Oregon Coast
Our trip to Brookings was restful and relaxing. The condo is spacious and comfortable with a simple open floorplan. We especially loved spending time on the balcony watching the waves crash against the rocks and roll onto the beach. It was great having direct access to the beach below from the property - although it is advisable to climb back up the steep path before the sun goes down! We drove north along the Coast one afternoon and had a fantastic dinner at Redfish (in Port Orford). Worth the trip.

A perfect spot - look no further
I don’t really want to write a review….I want this wonderful spot to stay hidden!!! The views alone of this property along with the private community beach is all that is needed for you to hit “reserve”. Pictures do not do the view justice. The home is also in a quiet complex, is incredibly clean, and a great spot for exploring the coast and nearby redwoods. Communication was perfect. The only thing I will note is that the beds are quite hard. If you prefer softer beds or struggle on hard beds make sure to note this. I will 100% book this property again.

Best view with Amazing Beach!
May be the best view on the southern coast you can see for miles. The private beach below is spectacular with sea creatures galore including seals, seal lions and otters. At low tide you can walk to the south for miles. Was so much fun to explore a new beach. The condo itself is a bit outdated and could use a comfier pull out couch, but it has absolutely everything you need with lots of extra towels, pillows and blankets. The price is more then fair for the view and serene, seclusion you get! The host was so easy to work with very responsive. We had an absolutely wonderful time!!

The view!
Oh my. That view. It steals your breath away as you walk in. The condo is well-situated between Harris and Lone Ranch beaches, so it's a short drive to either, and during low tide you can easily access Rainbow Rock from the path within the condo's parking lot. It was very quiet: you could rarely tell others were around. It was also clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. I'd stay again. The only negative--and this highlights the lack of negatives--is the comfy couch faces away from the view rather than towards it. That view... So amazing.

Heaven on Earth
