“Great beach close to hotel”

“First, we were told we were getting one room and that we were unable to check in then we returned after they said it will call you when the room was finished. Never did call us when we got back. We were given a different room. One of the beds were broke, and there was nasty carpet on the floor. The pool room well there was really no shower in there and or towels to be used. It felt like an inconvenience when we had asked the housekeeper for extra towels when we expected there to be towels in the……

“It was nice to have a kitchen with a full-size refrigerator. The view of the river, spit and ocean was five star. The bathroom fan needed attention.”

“My family of three and I have stayed here every time we have visited Gold Beach over the past 4+ years. We love the location and staff and have stayed here many times. But I’ve been disappointed that the fact that the pool and hot tub never seem to be in working order. It ls advertised as having an indoor heated pool and spa but the pool is never heated and I think the hot tub has worked once in our at least a dozen stays.
