「The check-in counter was inside a small window with glass (so a glass-room !!). There are not enough facilitated inside the room and I ask for an hot-pot (boiled hot water) but the lady refused. She gave me the wrong room with single bed which is other's name, but changed after we (2 persons) told her. 」

「This is a highly-recommended hotel. The location is quite convenient. Everything is great, feeling like a home. One thing that they can improve is the offering of the breakfast. It is quite hard to get breakfast outside the hotel in the morning. So, if there is breakfast offered, even a simple continental breakfast, that would be great and the convenient for business travelers.」

「It was a small room but, except for the lack of any real table top, adequate and modern. I especially liked the choice of flooring- a hard surface instead of the carpeting which always seems so dirty in other hotels. The location was excellent and the price good. I’d recommend this property.」

「I had a horrible day dealing with the Airlines but that’s expected and it’s sad the airlines treat customers like crap. I was given some airline Hotel options but I immediately went to Expedia and booked what I thought was for the night in question….but no Expedia defaulted to next Month for some reason. However, I had an Angel working at the Double Tree and her name was Charnell. She saved my crappy day and my poor experience with the Airline and Expedia. She went above and beyond to save...

「The air conditioner is noisy. Even if it is not turned on, the main air circulation system of the hotel is still running and cannot be turned off! No matter how good it is, it is useless. Noise has the greatest impact on sleep quality. I wish I was in my own car at that time.」

「We stayed in the river view king room with patio and I loved it. Sitting out on the patio looking at the river was so peaceful. The room was so cute! It was cozy and comfortable with the fireplace and jacuzzi tub. My only complaint is, I did take advantage of the tub while there and one of the jets kept popping off. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay and definitely will be returning. 」
