Instead of having to leave my house at 4am for a 7am flight 😴, my husband and I stayed overnight. It was the perfect scenario. I got up at 4 and took the shuttle to the airport and he got to sleep in until check out 😁

We stayed here to make our early morning flight easier. The shuttle was full for the 4:30, 5, and 5:30 time frames so we were forced to get the 4:00 shuttle. This made for a very long travel day and I was disappointed in this aspect of our stay.

Staff checking in was fantastic!! The staff and check out not so much, I did late check out at 2pm. I was not aware we only get local channels on the TV. I wouldn't really consider that counter a restruant on site. No folder in the room with local restaurants, shops etc that is usually in a hotel room.

Nothing wrong with hotel, except we were needing to make coffee in our room before our 3am Shuttle pick up. The coffee filter cartridge was the incorrect size for the machine in our room so we were not able to use it. Disappointed not to have our coffee to go, especially as the lobby did not start the morning coffee service until 6am. Other than that all was good. Nice, bright and clean, very friendly staff.

My mom was traveling by herself. A 62 years old women who bearly knows English. Frontier cancelled her flight (horrible airline) and it was already 2 something A.M. I was trying to help her from Florida through the phone. She was scared and cold an no hotel would take her at that time because something about turning over. So, when I called this hotel Tatiana was very friendly and after explaining what happened she said to go ahead with the booking through Expedia and she would ensure to take my mom. She even told the shuttle to pick up my mom I'm a certain spot, since she was not able to find the shuttle pick up area. When my mom arrived to the hotel, Tatiana was very kind to her. So, thank you so much to both of you. My mom wanted to give the shuttle guy a tip but didn't had spare change and she didn't know how to say it in English. The hotel was warm, clean and my mom felt secure there. Thank you so very much!

My initial room smelled really good when I got there but then I seen it was stains on my bedsheets which looked like blood stains, so I went to front desk and showed video and pictures of stain and she proceeds to say it’s ink from when they do laundry but she didn’t understand why housekeeping would place on bed with the stains? So she switches my room and apologized and then the second room smelled really stale like it’s hadn’t been used in some time. It was late and I was tired from traveling and thought I was going to take a hot shower and rest but that didn’t happen because the water was lukewarm semi cold basically. So the next day I mentioned it to front desk and she basically said that shouldn’t be the case and sometimes it takes a minute to heat up but that wasn’t the case. I was over it at that point. I know it could’ve been worse but I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

Property was very nice and comfortable my room over looked the terrace which was beautifully decorated and lit during the evening making the ambiance simply beautiful when the sun went down! I will definitely make this hotel one of my FIRST choices when I return to Philly!!!

I did like this hotel. The rooms were well-designed and had a very functional bathroom with the toilet/shower section separate from sink/mirror so two people can get ready at the same time and there was actually a place to put things down (rarely in a hotel bathroom). The cafe was a little weak and missed breakfast because it didn't start till 6 which is unusual for an airport hotel...NOT EVEN COFFEE. The shuttle driver was awesome and was very proud that he got a forgotten bag with insulin to a guest that was boarding an international flight.
