「Rented a cabin for the long weekend. NOT what we expected based on the online pics of the cabins. Did not have the "Maine cabin" vibe at all - more like 1980s RV interior design. Vertical blinds on sliding doors were missing some sections so no real privacy. Bed was very uncomfortable. Hot water lasted about 3 mins, so showering or washing dishes was tricky - to say the least. Not so friendly RV "neighbors" who felt it ok to have a projected light show, and be loud and obnoxious past 10 pm. We...

「The campsite was absolutely amazing. The different areas to camp in were great. There was plenty of space for a hammock, if we had brought one. The only complaint we had were the black flies, but those just come with the experience of being in nature!」

「I stayed 4 nights. No cleaning was provided even after asking multiple times. There is No coffee available. Coffee pods were out of stock on day 1 and Reception people keep on saying next morning.. which never came. Try other options. Not worthy of the price paid.」

「I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Nice, quiet tucked away in the woods but close enough to restaurants and various other creature comforts in nearby Bar Harbor. I even extended my stay by a day and that was also hassle free. Y’all rock!」

「A cute little cottage that was clean and convenient. It was a little over a half an hour drive to Acadia, and about ten minutes into downtown Ellsworth. My kids appreciated having their own bed. The host was quick to reply to messages, and check in/out was very easy. It isn’t a luxury cottage, but it was clean and the beds were comfortable. The photos are very accurate. The bathroom had plenty of towels, a good hairdryer, and a 3-1 body wash. Bring your own shampoo, or it was cheap to purchase...
