“Host was awful! Never responded to my texts messages, took forever to respond via app. The guest pullout bed was tiny and short and stiff and a board. Had no sheets , comforters or pillows! The thermostat was broken and we basically froze at night ( December) . Will not be coming back to this host! ”

Negatives: cleanliness (there was hair on the wall in the shower, kitchen sponge had gross stuff on it- could have been replaced), lack of sheets/linens for couch beds, lack of hand towels for kitchen and drying stuff, the only utensils were spoons. No plates. The host was awful at communicating. It took them hours to respond to questions. Ultimately, if you want a place with great location, this is it. But if half your……

“I stayed at this location for 6 days with my family due to family member loss.
I was extending my stay on the go since I didn't know for how long I was to be there. Every time there were to send me a code to get access to the building/room, but the code was giving issues every time.
One night it was about -3 below and I was outside for about 30 minutes with my spouse and my two little kids. That was just really bad specially after coming home from a funeral at nighttime.
The room was not 100%……

“Room was nice and clean but we had water leakage all over the restroom and after addressing they didn’t take any steps rather kept arguing saying it’s not that bad and casually apologized only. My 13 months old slipped on the water and got hurt lucky it wasn’t too bad but when I mentioned it to them they told me “the water was stuck only behind the sink” which isn’t true because the time I sent them the pictures it was in the morning and we haven’t used the sink during the night so it started……

“The apartment is amazing and it’s the perfect location. Giving it a four because I tried to reach out prior to our stay about leaving our bags early. There was no response.
