“We truly adore this charming cottage! This was our 3rd stay. The grounds are so lovely and perfect for relaxing or walking our pups around. The cottage is so cozy and so comfortable with everything you might need to relax or cook a meal or take a nice hot shower. The Wi-Fi is excellent as well. The Hosts are wonderful kind and so accommodating. Molly and Marist were super sweet girls as well.”

“Great location- 2 clean cabins and great view of the pond! Off the beaten path. Busier road then expected so walking between the cabins with smaller children would have to be supervised - limited grocery storage for the five of us - later check in the most and earlier check - out! Fans kept us cool - beds comfortable ! Overall a few flaws but one of our favorite picks to date!”

“Let me start with the view: oh what is it beautiful! A little regret that we came when the temperatures were still chilly, so we only took it in from the windows. But still! Just a lovely setting! The house was simple, but so well maintained. The kitchen had even more gear than I expected. Everything about it was comfortable. My college daughter liked having “her space” in the loft. The property owners were very responsive. For an individual, a couple or a small family looking for peace and……

“Excellent host! Great connections on the island for everything. Great information on Ferry status, etc. Cabin is truly rustic, spartan appointments as described. Great location and view west with good weather. Bring your goodies, luxuries from the mainland. Lobsters are available tho!”

“This was a perfect place for us to spend Thanksgiving. Comfortably furnished and had everything we needed. We hope to return someday and enjoy paddling on the beautiful lake in addition to enjoying the lovely view. Close enough to get to restaurants and attractions but a quiet, serene setting.”

“Unit 9 was perfect for the 3 of us. The kitchen had enough of everything we needed to make breakfast. The living room was spacious and relaxing. The bedrooms are tight; one bed was firmer than the other. It was too rainy to use the nice deck and picnic table. Despite being located on Route 1 we were not at all bothered by highway noise. We would choose to stay here again.”

“This was our second time here. If you like relaxation, swimming, floating your worries away on a quiet lake, making s'mores, clean air and water. Then, you'll love staying in the spacious accommodations with modern conveniences including air conditioning, fridge, gas stove, tv (we didn't use this time, but did last time), and comfortable beds. The home is directly on the water and easy access for swimming. The neighbors are absolutely the best part. The owner and close relatives own several……

“Stayed at Camp Hope for 3 nights, The camp is small but very clean and Homey, with a very nice screened-in porch that looks over a large manicured lawn and the lake. There is a very large fire pit and they supply the wood, unfortunately, it rained the whole time and temps were only in the 40s while we were there so we spent our time inside reading. The only heat is electric space heaters which did a fine job of warming the camp. There is a washer but no dryer just a clothesline, which isn't……

“Stayed here 4 nights while we were preparing for our wedding so we could have a private location away from the family lake house. The owner was super friendly and even put out decorations prior to our arrival. The location was great. very quiet at night. One of the chickens was really annoying one morning when we were trying to sleep in, but that's to be expected on a farm. We loved the horses and the cat that would come to see us.”
