“My fiance and I booked this place to stay and also to host our engagement party. Elizabeth and John were amazing! The place was perfect for our small party! Plenty of space for everyone. “Our stay at the house on the water was quiet and enjoyable. We got to see manatees right off the property seawall. Also got to see otters from the property. Kayaks available enabled us to see Emu Island and more manatees. Joanne was a great host and also interesting to ask questions to about the history of the area. “I looked for a place for our family to get together for a vacation and also celebrate my mothers 90th birthday. I have 3 grown children and 2 grand kids 18 months and 3 years old. We had the best time ! When we first walked in we were pleasantly surprised. This place looks even better in person. It is beautifully decorated. It was immaculate. The bedrooms are spacious. “Decided to stay here for a fishing trip and scouting possible retirement communities, the house has a history but it well suited our stay, neighbors at super helpful and friendly. Only thing I would have changed would be the two twin beds in the bedroom, the couch too uncomfortable for 2 older adults but we moved the twins together and made the most of it. Had an emergency and left the night before but wished we could have spent longer here.”

“I booked this house with a few friends and family for my 35th birthday weekend! I literally just wanted to relax in a pool and enjoy the weekend, and this property did not disappoint at all. The kayaks are a special touch too and were fun to use. The house was clean, the neighbors were friendly, there was enough parking. The house set up is great. Everything was clean and easy to find. The owners were great the very few times I reached out, quick to respond too, we are looking at booking here……
