「Helpful staff, more like USA motel」

「Was very disappointed that the room wasn’t serviced at any time during our 3 night stay. The coffee/tea milk etc that was there was expected to last the whole visit. The bathroom was so wet and the tiles loose that walking on the tiles made water surface so that your feet got wet no matter if the floor seemed dry or not. Mold was evident in both the kitchen and bathroom. The rooms are not sound proofed as advertised. We saw cockroaches in the kitchen. On the positive, when we did interact...

「The unit was cool, bright, clean and has everything you could possibly need. The pool area was stunning, well kept lush, tropical gardens with an abundance of frogs, butterflies and geckos! Stephanie and Sharelle were both welcoming and hospitable. We look forward to coming back. 」
