“We were very disappointed with our experience. For the price of approximately $485/500 per night, we expected attentive service and accommodations that reflected the cost. Throughout our stay, the owners were frequently unavailable. The front desk was unattended for extended periods, and there was little communication or assistance when we needed help. “The Inn is in a great location in a quaint town and is very walkable to local restaurants and shops. The decor is very welcoming and the unit we stayed in was clean and comfortable. There are stairs to some of the units, so if that is an issue you will want to plan accordingly. The breakfast and afternoon snacks/wine was lovely.”

“The rooms itself were cool. However, they should be for younger folk. The 2nd bed had STEEP stairs to get up to the loft. 2 of my family members are physically unable to climb vertical stairs, so I ended up going up. Scary to get down! Need to have a way that the steps are able to pull out. Because of the 4th of July affected their supplies of food, they hardly had anything to eat. It also wasn't ready at 4pm. It was 5:30 before they got done cleaning. Trash wasn't emptied from prior guest……

“We had a wonderful stay! Every staff member we interacted with was delightful. Such great service! The hotel is so clean and beautifully designed. Our room was comfortable and laid out thoughtfully. There is a little sound coming from the interstate if you are on that far side of the hotel at night, but it wasn’t disruptive. The hot tub and pools are awesome! We really appreciated that the pools open early and stay open late. We would love to stay again.”

“Lovely quaint hotel with a warm and inviting staff. Lots of charm and very quiet for being in LoDo. Comfy bed and bedding, plenty of niche amenities if you’re into it, great restaurant and cocktail lounge on site, and location can’t be beat. My only wish was that our bathroom was a bit roomier for the upgraded room we chose. Very small standing shower only.”
