Con el personal ningún problema, buen trato. Con Expedia, la plataforma mediante la que realizamos la reserva, si que hubo alguna que otra incidencia. El proceso puede llevar a equivocación. Alojamiento poco cuidado pero suficiente para pasar una noche antes de subir a Ordesa.

La persona encargada, hace lo que puede. Las condiciones del alojamiento, pésimas. Mantenimiento cero. Limpieza casi inexistente. Humedades y hongos en baño (sin ventilación). En resumen, un albergue en al estado y difícilmente habitable a un precio exagerado, incluso aunque estuviera limpio y en buen estado.

Die Unterkunft ist extrem hellhörig. In beiden Nächten war es sehr laut (andere Gäste). In der zweiten gab es einen lautstarke Auseinandersetzung und die Polizei tauchte um 5:30 morgen deshalb auf. Wir hatten für 2 mal Frühstück bezahlt. Am Abend vorher wird alles hingestellt, es ist nicht das Geld wert!! Alles super dreckig und die Tische und Bänke kleben. Am zweiten Morgen gab es nichts zum Frühstück. Auch niemanden bei dem man sich beschweren konnte. Wir waren froh nach zwei schlaflosen Nächten und ohne Frühstück weiterzufahren.

Expérience très décevante. Les photos de devanture ne correspondent pas à l’auberge mais à une autre dans la rue principale. Nous avions réservé dans l’après midi, à notre arrivée vers 20h on ne nous attendait pas, chambre pas faite, les draps sont tachés. La poignée de porte nous reste dans les mains. Nous n’avons pas pris le petit déjeuner.

Albergue limpio y funcional, no tiene grandes comodidades pero está ubicado en el centro del pueblo y es muy barato en comparación con los alojamientos de la zona. La habitación doble tiene dos literas y baño propio.

Pasotismo total y servicio inexistente

En primer lugar, fue casi imposible contactar con el albergue: hay un teléfono en Internet y en esta app, pero nunca cogen. Hay que escribir un whatsapp, y las respuestas son muy tardías. El servicio ha sido un desastre: Roberto nos dejó las llaves escondidas, lo cual nos vino bien, pero después ni apareció por el albergue. De hecho, no hicimos ni check-in ni check-out. El servicio (limpieza, cocina, desayunos, cenas, etc.) totalmente inexistentes. La zona común simplemente cuenta con un microondas (muy sucio), una neverita (llena de comida caducada de otros clientes de hace siglos), una tostadora (sin limpiar), un hervidor de agua. No teníamos acceso a una cocina ni podíamos pedir que nos preparasen nada (ya que no había cocina ni personal). De hecho, solo coincidimos el primer día con otro cliente. No hubo ninguna otra persona en el albergue (ni el gerente, ni servicio de limpieza, ni cocineros, etc.). Nadie. Había ratones en la zona común, telarañas en las esquinas, polvo en todas partes (tanto zona común como habitaciones) y moho negro en los techos de los baños. Y mal olor en la zona común, como de falta de limpieza. El gerente (Roberto) ni nos preguntó a ver qué tal había ido. Pasotismo total. A parte de todo esto, la ubicación en Broto es excelente. Si quieres ir a un lugar en el que solo te alojes, no está mal. Pero no esperes nada más.
