「Very clean, ranch style, cozy place. Owner thought of everything a guest would need. Readers, books, games, plenty of towels, blankets etc. Loved it. Owner checked in on us since there was a storm that Sunday. That was a nice touch.」

「House was as pictured. Very Clean. Nicely decorated with a decorator's touch! Furniture seemed brand new. Kitchen well equipped and beds very comfortable. House is in a quiet neighborhood. Host Jeff was very responsive to my inquiries. Highly recommend this home if you are staying in the area.」

「This was perfect for a much needed getaway/work weekend. My wife and I are business owners and we needed some quiet time to catch up on work. We were able to take a nice evening ride down the Petite Anse Canal with the kayak provided. We would definitely book this trip again in the future.」

「This house was perfect for our family of five adults. Very unique rooms with comfy beds and soft linens. Lots of little extras that you don’t see from other owners. The back yard has a huge privacy fence, a nice fire pit, even tiki torches- all combined it made for perfect evenings sitting outside visiting. We hope this is available on our next visit to New Iberia. :)」

「We were greeted with a fresh batch of homemade chocolate chip cookies and 2 vases of freshly picked flowers from the property. The property was very cleaned, well stocked and decorated cute. It is located very close to EVERYTHING and we definitely stay here again if ever we come back. We had a small issue with the wi-fi. The owner lives on the property and the issue was immediately taken care of. GREAT stay!! ❤️」

「Spent three nights in early May 2024 in this new house located in a quiet community of new homes. Pristine condition and perfect size for our party of four, in town for a funeral. Within a two mile radius of Lafayette’s main thoroughfares like Ambassador Caffery Pkwy, and Johnston street. We ventured out to nearby restaurants for local delicacies: Lagneaux king of seafood- for crawfish boil, and Don’s seafood- for Gumbo. Some in my party reported scarce toiletries ( Towels, washcloths, etc…)...

「This was a very comfortable and clean place for the 2 of us. Very convenient to all that Lafayette and the surrounding area has to offer. It was great having outside space right on the bayou to enjoy. Would definitely stay there again!」

「Enjoyed the inside and outdoor atmosphere so much. We had a fire in the fire pit while we played music at night. Cabin was so close to Avery Island and Jefferson Island, the places we wanted to visit. Weather was perfect the entire time we were there. Explored small towns around us and went into New Iberia as well. One suggestion would be to have recliners or ottomans for us seniors! Loved it overall!」

「We came in to town for a wedding. The place was extremely clean and the quality of the space was better than the listing pictures. It was near a good variety of restaurants and things to do. The only down side was that downtown Lafayette can be loud at night. If you plan on going to bed early this may not be the spot for you. If you enjoy being close to night life, this is the perfect stay for you!」
