“Wonderful customer service from top to bottom!”

“Robbed me of $150 for "room security fee" and promised to give it back the next morning when they saw I had not damaged the room. It's been 3 weeks and I'm still fighting them for my refund. Beware .... Do not stay here!! ”

“When I checked in, I was told I had prepaid. When I came back to my room at 11:00pm my key wouldn't work. I had been locked out because I had not prepaid. I was treated like I was a common thief. ”

“The hotel sent an email the day before arrival saying my reservation was cancelled due to "unavoidable circumstances". There was no additional explanation given. No refund was mentioned either and I was told to refer back to Hotels.com for any possible refund. This was the weekend of the local University's Homecoming/Student Preview which I was attending so it was impossible to find a replacement hotel on such short notice. My friends in the area said it was a good thing to not stay here though.……

“Location is in a bad part of town. The bed is the most uncomfortable thing I’ve ever slept on, we were barely able to get sleep due to the cars riding though the neighborhood with loud bass and doing burnouts too.”

“The River Front Get Away (locally known as the Bait Shop) was a perfect location for our family! Ted was the hostess with the mostest! From cornhole, firepit, water features, to bubbles for the babies. Our clan will be back for future gatherings and reunions! ”
