“Haley at the front desk was very nice. Appreciated the late checkout and holding our luggage Room was average. The bathroom fan and 1 of the bathroom lights were broken. Mattress was alright The karaoke bar was extremely loud. It didn’t affect my room, but I heard other guests saying they could hear it in their room Wish they had a vending machine with water or a water fountain. Felt pretty dehydrated when coming back late at night”

“Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Hotel and room were very clean & bed super comfortable. Internet was very fast. Breakfast was great--good options and a little different each day. ~10 mins to Providence College. Didn't get to use the pool, gym, etc as I was pretty much at a conference all day until ~9pm each night. Would definitely stay again next time I'm in the area.”

“The quilts are not soft enough. When I turn on the bed, the sound of the quilts comes. The door of the room hits the closet door and the bathroom door. Bad design.👎 Generally it is a good hotel.”
