“Appeared clean at first glance but quickly realized it wasnt as clean as i thought. The staff was pretty friendly. The key cards kept not working so they would have to redo them. The lobby and parking lot was clean. It wasnt thw worst but i wont choose them again unfortunately. Also i was able to book 2 adults and 2 children to a 2 bed room and then when i arrived they informed me they only accept a MAXIMUM of 2 people per room, this makes this place not a family friendly hotel.”

“The housekeeping staff has some sort of mental illness. They charged me $30 for 3 dirty towels they didn't even try to wash, accused me of smoking in my room which I didn't, and just opened the door to the room and entered multiple times without permission. They were rude, abrasive, and didn't even do a good job of cleaning. Quite frankly the worst customer service I have seen in decades.
