"Country Inn and Suites was an amazing place to stay. The staff went above and beyond to help me navigate through getting my passport expedited and getting to pier 91 for a cruise. The hotel is close to the airport and their shuttle service was also so helpful! The atmosphere at the hotel is alive and exciting with many guests arriving for cruises. And the amazing breakfasts were just icing on the cake of a great hotel experience"

"This was just a really great place to stay near SeaTac. I just needed to be close to the airport for an early flight, and it was convenient and well maintained. It is an older building but you can tell it has been taken care of. I have seen some brand new hotels that just don’t get cleaned or maintained. Staff was great, shuttle service is awesome. They give you a discount to the restaurant that shares the parking lot, great place. I just appreciated something clean, convenient and affordable."

"Air conditioning issues with the first room. The remote was also out of batteries. And the extra door lock was missing. being that it was 11pm I asked to change rooms. The second room worked fine but by the morning the shared door adjoining the two rooms (I wasn’t traveling with this person) made that guest unbearably loud at 6am. It’s not unexpected that downtown hotels have downtown noise but the downtown, the neighbor, the water pipes from morning showers, it was all too much. I enjoyed the bed and the two front pillows (down or down alt) and the fact that the mattress was totally encased in a zip barrier cover plus a fitted sheet and not just flat sheets tucked tight. However, the sheets and comforter were pilled and itchy."

"On both occasions, we arrived early. The staff was very accommodating in getting us checked in early. The hot breakfast was a nice surprise, as we were expecting the typical cold breakfast. Our rooms were very comfortable and clean, as was the rest of the property. The property is a little dated, however, the cleanliness and friendly staff names up for it."

"No fridge. No microwave. Overall dumpy place. The toilet ran like crazy. It was clean enough I guess. The staff was friendly, prompt, and responsively. Shuttle service was excellent. Very convenient to the airport. I’d stay again if I had an early flight but I’d look for an alternative in the same price range. "
