Everything was just as described if not better! The place was super quiet and peaceful..located in a fantastic area with plenty of cool things to do outside. We didn’t need to go anywhere all the best stuff was right there. Perched on side of Mt Ascutney this little gem hosts miles and miles of top notch hiking and mtb trails. Our only regret was not staying longer since there was so much to do and explore!

Location of the condo was great. The condition was not the greatest. Very creaky stairs, which is a challenge to keep quiet when people are sleeping. The kitchen was not overly stocked, just four coffee mugs for eight people. Some other basic amenities like k cups and laundry detergent would be useful.

The hot water heater went out on our first day. Which left us not being able to shower. We reached out to the manager immediately and informed them of the error code that the heater was flashing. They confirmed receipt of the message and then never replied with a solution. Very poor communication, I would not recommend this place because of that.

I took my family to VT for a long weekend and stayed at this condo. There was plenty of space for our family of 6 and was clean with very comfortable beds. This is connected to other units, so you will have someone living above and beside you. The kitchen includes a k-cup coffee maker, but you will need to bring your own k-cups. There was also no iron or hair dryer along with a few other missing amenities in the kitchen. Our weekend was very hot, in the high 80's, close to 90 degrees. The condo has one mini-split AC unit in the upstairs bedroom. The kitchen/living area along with the two downstairs bedrooms do NOT have air conditioning. Also, keep in mind, there is zero cell service in this area. However, the wifi was very reliable in the condo.Overall, nice place to stay. Just make sure you are not outside talking past 9pm or you may upset your next door neighbor :)
