Adorable lake view home on Lake Brownwood. Plenty of room in the backyard for horseshoes, games and relaxing. Covered Dock. Comfortable living room with large smart TV, DVD player with plenty of movies. Wifi included with Roku TV, With several premium Channels, Amazon, Disney, Netflix’s. Comfortable king size bed, adjoining room to queen. Dining table inside and one on covered patio. On a clear night you can see a million Texas stars. Wifi included. Kayaks for guest use bring your life jackets. Early check in, late check out available upon request if able to accommodate. Extended stay discount available. Please inquire.

Just what we needed!
We used this property to visit family nearby and to have some space for our kids to play outside... It was perfect for our needs. Even with the water level low we had fun going outside and catching frogs! 🐸

Awesome little place!
The only unfortunate part is the dock wasn’t in water. (Which we’re in a huge drough) so understandable. But also we couldn’t find a place to launch jet skis that had a swimming area or even a dock. It’s kinda challenging to unload jet skis and kids without a place to tie up or a swim area

The property is relaxing and homey. I appreciate the owner taking the time to take extra pics so we knew how water level was right at the house. Communication with her was excellent. Thank you for sharing your house with us!
