“Our family stayed here only two days. Cabins are basic but fit the needs. Getting water to the cabin was different, but doable. The host is very responsive to all needs and the manager on-site is also very accommodating and pleasant. Did not have a chance to take a boat or kayak on Sky Lake, but caught a couple pike off the dock, so it seems to be a good fishing lake!”

“Loved this cottage, it was neat and clean and the beds were comfortable. The location is excellent, close to all nearby activities. Loved the firepit location. Check in and out was easy. Would definitely stay here again.”

“My friend and I really enjoyed our stay! The property is beautiful with trees all around. Lots of privacy! The outdoor fireplace was where we spent most of our time! The accommodations were roomie and clean. Well worth it. We'll be back here again!”

“Had an oustanding time here. The cabin was very cute and clean. Perfect for 2 people. It was very quiet, as well as many things to go do day trips in the surrounding areas. The cabin was maybe 20 ft from the water, so watching the sun set wad incredible. Which also made it very romantic to watch while you have a camp fire. Looking forward to going back again.”

“The water's edge being immediately off the deck along with the big picture windows was magnificent. We certainly made the effort to awaken to watch the sunrise each day. The swing between the cedars looking out over the view was also a highlight. The surrounding trees and shrubs provided excellent privacy. The cottage was set up with all the needed items to cook pretty much anything you wanted - which included an exceptionally clean BBQ too! Our stay was a perfect couple of days 'out of time'……

“It was a very nice vacation. Riverwood is very clean, comfortable and has every amenity that you could ask for. I loved the decor and was sad to be going home. Bonus….its dog friendly. ”

“We had a group of 8 and stayed in a cabin that sleeps 8. It was small but the outdoor space made up for it. We camp often as a group and by far these were the nicest, cleanest common bathrooms we’ve experienced. Newly renovated and easily accessible. I wouldn’t recommend the lake to swim in because the kids had leeches on them when they got out. However we did rent a boat and did some fishing. The sunset is directly infront of the cabins and was absolutely stunning. The staff was amazing. We……

“Je suis allée deux jours à cet endroit.. Wow, le site est situé « un peu » dans le bois mais c’est très cool et calme. Un parcours en bois dans les arbres, un endroit commun pour le bbq, chaque cabine à une table et un endroit pour faire un feu, chambre très propre, toilettes communes payantes et très hygiénique.. J’ai vraiment aimé le concept.. Je recommande cet endroit sans hésiter! Le propriétaire est toujours très disponible pour vous. Il est très sympathique!! ”

“Such a cute place! We have 3 kids and they each had their own space. Hot tub was a GREAT amenity! The welcome booklet was a good idea, but seemed a little outdated.”
