「There is no WiFi, the bathroom is dirty (shower and toilet are one), very noisy street (not really walking distance from Inner Stadt). Quick communication with host.」

「維也納是中心，搭輕軌走路近市區都方便，房間布置得很用心，乾淨舒是每日也有櫃檯人員有問題都可以隨時提問，可以隨時以email連絡回復都很快速，廚房用具等都很乾淨新穎，住到捨不得離開。 Great location in Vienna City Center, staff are helpful and super friendly. This is not a hotel, but this service apartment also have front desk staff there to help. Room is very cozy with lots of detail decorations in room. Kitchen facility and washing machine are clean and nice too! Wish we could have more days to stay. 」

「It is located in the apartment building that has garbage as soon as you walk in the door. We need to check in with management and upload ID online first before you can get a code to the lockbox. Then pray that the key doesn't get stuck in the door after you unlock it. There's no washcloth nor AC in the room, and you need to borrow a fan. And then you need to pray that they do bring you a fan to your room; otherwise, you'll be hot all night. I would only go to this place as a very last resort....
