“The bed was so comfortable, and the room was huge! The hotel was modern and clean, and the staff very attentive. The bar had good cocktails and the breakfast was great, though a bit expensive. It was well located near the city centre and main attractions, but a bit out of the way so it was nice and quiet. Overall we would 100% stay here again. ”

“Probably sixth or seventh time of staying at this hotel. Very convenient for town center with enough facilities for most stays. One problem, i always book careful to mention my mobility problems so no stairs, long walks or high floors. Unfortunately these conditions had not been met this time and, after inspecting the room initially offered, we caused problems by having to request an alternate room.
Never mind, they sorted problem in the end1”

“The hotel is very nice and all of the staffs are very kind. We visited Brugge for honeymoon and they upgrade for us which is a very big flavor. The room is awesome and the lobby is very beautiful. “Beautiful hotel, tastefully renovated. We stayed at the executive suite with garden view, which was adorable. There was a hiccup during checkout as we were abruptly told that we hadn’t paid for the room, while in fact we had. We showed the invoice and it was settled but the way this was dealt with left a bad taste. ”

“Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Augustyn. The lady behind reception was lovely and couldn’t do enough to help.
