"Great breakfast "

"Great hotel and location, In retrospect. We wish that we would booked two nights allowing us to fully enjoy the property."

"We had a lovely stay. The family room was great and we all enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was more continental than cooked, but many many continental options. The beds were very comfortable. A little tatty around the edges in the room, but I'm not complaining - it was clean, comfortable, had dressing gowns and slippers and a minibar in the room which was reasonably priced too. Very close to 't Zand where we parked overnight, and very reasonably priced later check out times too. Would stay again! "

"Booked executive room, just ok. Staff not very experienced to deal with client. We were having a sleep in the afternoon when staff checked on room for the housekeeping. Told we are ok and she still walked in and looked into the room while in bed. Felt so violated. Music from across the street on until gone 3 am. Hence no sleep. Breakfast good "

"Clean, modern bright hotel Very well equipped, great location. Female receptionist upon arrival and departure was efficient and friendly, in a business like way. The breakfast staff member was also pleasant. On Saturday afternoon upon returning to the hotel after being out all day, I had popped down to the restaurant to request some milk for the tea and coffee in our room... The woman in the restaurant was quite rude and barked at me that she'd have to charge me for milk.. I hadn't realised there were sachets containing dried milk in the room as the sachets looked like sugar. Once this had been established I was happy to use these. That small encounter soured the experience of customer service. The staff member making me feel like I was requesting something for free that I wasn't entitled to! Not very hospitable service on that front!"

"Comfy beds with excellent pillows. Shower good. Check out was noon, so we left the bags in the room and went for a stroll in the morning. We returned at 11.30am to find ourselves locked out. Reception sorted it but still, a bit annoying."

"The hotel was lovely and the breakfast each morning was excellent. However, the room wasn't cleaned properly, with towels being left on the window sill and dust on surfaces. Location wise the hotel is great for exploring Bruges"

"Was charged 15 EUROS for 2 hours early check in otherwise was offered to drop bags before check in for a fee. Not a friendly experience, would not recommend to my traveling friends. Poor amenities, rooms very small. "
