“Beautiful place! So clean and great location! Hosts were wonderful!”

“Great location in great view room is extremely small but certainly functional. The check-in process was a bit cumbersome and overdone. Compared to the other 12 properties I stayed at during this trip they request way too many forms and their ask for a high deposit is also out of line. However I would still say there are four star because of location and value”

“Un appartement très spacieux et un calme très appréciable. Une hôte très agréable mais dommage que nous ne l'ayons pas rencontré. Un gîte à recommander sans problème.”

“Logement très propre avec une superbe vue ”

“It's an uphill coming out of the tunnel from the train station, just in case ur carrying a big luggage. Other than that everything is perfect.”

“Kids loved the room, hot tub and water feature..”

“What a wonderful experience staying in Monterosso! The apartment was a lovely base for exploring the beauty of Cinque Terre, with its charming streets, wonderful restaurants, and breathtaking coastal scenery. Staying here gave us the opportunity to experience the slower pace of life in this beautiful part of Italy. We loved exploring the villages during the day and returning to Monterosso in the evenings. A little note about the steps: Yes, there are 79 steps to reach the apartment, but don’t……

“excellent view”

“Very rustic property, but clean, well stocked and had everything we needed. Lots of steps to facility, but there are steps everywhere! And, we were pleased that when we opened the door, no more steps!😀”

“This was beyond our expectations. Location could not be more perfect. Bright and quiet although in a busy spot (excellent windows and soundproofing!). We are a family of 5, so they made up the pull out sofa couch into a bed for my son. It was very comfortable. Thank you for an incredible stay!! We were so happy!!!”

“The unit was perfect in every respect with exception of the mattress (which was terribly uncomfortable). Fair warning about parking if you are driving in. Forget about parking close by. Its a ZTL area and the nearest parking is 1.5 km outside of town (uphill). Then if and when you do manage to get to town with your luggage, you need to walk, drag, and roll your luggage another 500m to the steps which lead to the unit. Absolutely no help available with luggage. Zero. Carry at your own risk.……

“Very conveniently located in Monterosso, just steps away from restaurants but still very quiet. Google wasn't terrific on directions from the Monterosso train station, but with all the restaurants nearby I got steered the right way by the proprietors. Only drawback to the very quaint property is that it's small. You enter through an outer door then an inner door. On the right there's a combination desk/eating surface that's good for two only, a cabinet on the left, along with a very small……

“137 stairs to access so be ready to sweat carrying your luggage up. The walk from the train station isn’t bad until you get to the stairs to the building. But that’s is to be expected in Cinque Terre and you are rewarded by the view which was quintessential Cinque Terre. The balcony was lovely especially in the evening. During our stay it was hot so the fans were helpful but it was still quite warm. The rooms were very spacious and nicely appointed. The steps didn’t bother us coming and going……

“Everything you need and more for a wonderful stay In Vernazza”

“The best thing about the apartment is that it's close to the beach in a quiet area. It's an easy walk to restaurants or the city center. The wifi worked great. The apartment feels adequate, but not special. For example, artwork was lacking (e.g., a small picture on a huge wall) and the couch was covered with a sheet. The bathroom throw rugs weren't clean. The toilet seat was cracked and would pinch you. The front window did not secure adequately so you must put down the shade for security. ……

“Eine tolle, richtig alte aber modern ausgestattete und charmante Wohnung, zwei Etagen, richtig groß, hell. Lage mitten im Ort. Nicht mal fünf Minuten zu Fuß ans Wasser. Ein wunderschöner Ausblick vom Balkon auf die Altstadt von Vernazza. sogar zweimal links und rechts das Meer in Sicht. Sehr gute Ausstattung, effektive Klimaanlage. Einfach TOP.”

“The view is simply spectacular! Best view I have ever had when traveling. Nice Accommodations with direct view to ocean from all rooms!”

“Monterosso is a very beautiful and stylized location. The villa was a great base for the trip and host was very helpful. We easily walked our wheeled luggage from train station to the villa.”
