「The only reason, but a huge one, for the lower rating is the furniture. None of the sitting spaces were comfortable. The sofa was so small and hard and the 2 side chairs were so uncomfortable. We left a day early because the weather changed and we were going to have to stay inside. The prospect had us packing. 」

「Pretty Italian villa style property. Across the street from the beach. Great rooftop restaurant. Sara, who manages the restaurant, is friendly and welcoming. Bed was comfy. Kids slept on the pullout sofa. Spacious and clean. St. Simons is really neat. Loved our time!」

「It was very nice, very clean, and very convenient to everything. The bed was comfortable and the bath linens were nice quality. I would highly recommend it and would stay there again. Not criticizing just recommending, add some type of “instruction” sheet to know where to find HVAC remote, operate the smart/multi-function light switch for the bathroom, and other features of the rental. The light switch is neat but I’d never seen/used one like it.」

「Pros- great location! Easy walk to the beach. Apartment is as described on the listing. Very clean. Cons- the rental does have a Keurig as listed but you need to bring your own pods. The master bedroom has a sliding door that is only covered with a light beige pull down blind that is see through. Doesn’t ever actually get very dark and people can see in.」

「The property was just as advertised. Large rooms fully stocked with everything you need. The property is right next to one of our favorite restaurants the Firefly cantina, so super convenient. Small warning to those with mobility issues. Entrance is ground floor and there are 23 steps up to the entrance to the loft property and no elevator so keep that in mind if booking. We will definitely book again when we need a place to stay in St Marys!」
