“Our time in Brunswick was great and this Vrbo was OUTSTANDING!! The rental was very comfortable, clean, well appointed and very quiet. Also, it was bright and spacious, comfortable and cosy. The sunlight coming through the sliding glass doors in the morning was warming and lovely. We found the bed to be very comfortable as well as the living room furniture. One of the best features for us was how close we were to Brunswick's vibrant downtown. A very easy walk to get just about anything we……

“We loved our stay here! What I loved most was the common area with the large sectional and seating area. Plenty of space for the 5 of us to spread out! We used the kitchen for all meals and it was adequately stocked with everything we needed for cookware and utensils. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. The location is great, a quiet neighborhood and easy drive to the harbor. The only thing I would suggest to make it a better stay is more towels and adequate bedding for the pullout……

“It was our first trip to Boothbay and we couldn't have been more pleased!!! The Shipbuilder's retreat was well appointed in every way! Wide open, well cared for, and comfortable. We enjoyed coffee on the deck and playing games in the evening. It was a convenient trip to the local grocery store, and was very near to all the beauty and joys of the Harbor, light house's, LL Bean (an hour), and hiking. We LOVE it! “When I first saw this listing, there was only one review & it wasn't great. Fortunately I realize that people have different standards & paid little attention to it. This space is so lovely &, though not much separates the room from the studio/gallery space attached, the owners are quite respectful of privacy & were very helpful when we were too techno-challenged to open the door initially. The front porch is a tranquil place to sit & look out over the cove & the neighborhood was quiet enough……
