“We had a relaxing stay at the cottage. It was a great location for unwinding and walking on the beach.”

“Cute, cozy and clean! Serene views. We enjoyed waking up and having coffee on the deck overlooking the canal. Love the beach decor and natural lighting. Comfy beds. Host was very communicative. Lots of extras included- beach chairs and towels, board games, puzzles, books. Couch was very comfortable, although we would have preferred a sectional or another chair since there were 6 in our party. Also, was a minor inconvenience to have to wash all towels before check-out, as we could not shower in……

“Really disappointed with the cleanliness of the property and the communication with the rental company (Salt & Sand Realty) that oversees the property. First, they sent us an email without the checkin code and didn't send for hours after I called to request it. At the house, I had some serious cleanliness concerns: there was a dead bug on one bed, a giant mysterious stain on another bed, the house does not have central AC so I went to turn on the bedroom fan but the fans in both rooms were……

“Year 3 on the island and we feel like we're becoming pros. It can be stressful with all the logistics re: packing, labeling, ferrying, traming, but once you experience it the first time and realize how lovely and organized everyone is, you get to set it and forget it! We're more of the Shoal's ilk and these units have been perfect for our fam of 4. The BHI club is still requiring reservations (3-hr slots I think) since the pandemic and I can't bear the thought of keeping to a schedule while on……

“We had a wonderful week staying at the beach cottage. The house had everything we needed. It was clean, cozy, and decorated with a beach vibe. We enjoyed the view of the ocean from the porch and being only steps away from the ocean. The space under the house was nice to have and we used grill and hammock. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Very pleased! The property was very clean and well stocked! Access to the beach was great. Since it rained a lot on Saturday, we utilized the rocking chairs on the front deck; we could actually see the ocean! The only minor problems: the main bath shower & sink drained slow; the sink in the main bath had very low pressure; a little more toilet paper would have been nice. Other than that I would definitely stay again & highly recommend to others!”
