「exactly as advertised...host was responsive...excellent location right on the harbor...would book again」

「The home was absolutely perfect for my husband and I and our two spoiled Shih Tzu dogs. We loved the fenced back yard and the deck off the master bedroom. Also - there was a pet door - which our little guys LOVED to use!! The house was well stocked - we had everything we needed. We also used the “beach buggy” (that we found in the outdoor shed). We had an amazing time !!」

「We have stayed at multiple different houses in OIB and this one by far is our favorite. We loved being on the canal and having the pool. We can’t wait to stay there again next year」

「Nice home, quick response to our questions! Thanks for having us!」

「Beautiful home, host was excellent. Definitely would stay there again.」

「Pet friendly」

「Host was very friendly, accommodating, and responsive. The house was clean and as described in the listing! We enjoyed the separate areas and amenities the house offered. We would definitely stay here again.」

「We had an excellent, but sadly shortened stay at Sandpiper. Due to emergent health issues we had to depart early. We did point out some very important issues with Mike, and hopefully for the benefit of future visitors he will address ALL of them.」
