    The Space:

    Don't miss your chance to vacation and stay in one of the most desirable neighborhoods in the area!



    This beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home sits right on a tidal creek and provides some of the most amazing sunset views you've ever seen. Sit outside on the screened in porch and sip your sweet tea or cocktail while watching your fur babies run around in the fenced-in yard. This home has covered parking for your RV and a two-car garage.



    The inside of the home was recently renovated (including the bathrooms). Rooms are equipped with Roku sticks for streaming your favorite programs and there is high-speed wireless internet available for working from home or downloading.



    The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for you to whip up your next gourmet meal! There is a formal dining table and bar so that everyone has a seat.



    Fur babies are welcome too!



    Please inquire about shorter or long term stays. We often host remote workers, FLETC instructors/students and just people staying in the area while shopping for their forever home! During the winter we usually have the opportunity to host people escaping a colder climate for our mild winters. We welcome our snowbirds!



    Please note this home has a grassy median towards the end of the driveway that separates each side of the road. Trailers and construction vehicles cannot be accommodated at this home because they cannot be backed out without damaging the median area. If you book the home and bring these types of vehicles, we unfortunately will have to ask you to leave or leave your vehicle/trailers/equipment off-site. Regular 4 wheel vehicles are the only ones allowed (and motorcycles).



    Other Things To Note:



    Anything other than a regular vehicle may be prohibited or may not fit on the property. If you plan to bring a trailer, motorcycle, boat or any other commercial or recreational vehicle, please inquire with the host about whether this is allowed.



    Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.



    Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.



    Guests must be at least 24 years old to book this property.



    After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!



    There is a $50 non-refundable processing fee that applies to all reservations.



    Other Things to Note:

    For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $250 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. 



    For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.



    Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
