Restaurants are awesome on St. Simons so even though we have a fully stocked kitchen, definitely eat out! We have lots of ideas! Reservations are not always necessary but for something special call ahead.

The Tee Box is a beautiful condo in the most sought after building in the complex with a view of our gorgeous duck pond!
We are less than a mile from the village where you can get the best Bloody Marys and seafood on the island. Grab a bike or walk to excellent restaurants like Half Shell, Palmer's, Palm Coast, Georgia Sea Grill, Mullet Bay, Sand Castle and more! Stroll along the paths near the St. Simon's lighthouse and Pier parks and see the abundant wildlife, all within walking distance. The closest beach is less than a mile away at the King & Prince but there are several beaches to choose from, and Georgia's crown, jewel Jekyll Island, is a short drive and a must see for all travelers.
Who doesn't love a backyard pool? Steps away from our door is one of two pools in the complex. Tennis courts, fitness center and business center round out the complex amenities.
Pickleball players! The Ocean Walk tennis court is lined for Pickleball and the dedicated courts are just a short walk from Ocean Walk at Mallery Park! Our Guests don’t have to wait to play when using our own courts in Ocean Walk!

The Tee Box owners love golf and love the island and you will too! Our condo is fully stocked with all stainless appliances, updated finishes in kitchen and baths. The condo sleeps four with a king bed in master and queen bed in the second bedroom. Two full baths, wide open living room/kitchen and dining area. Views of the duck pond are available from every room. Enjoy a nightly breeze from the covered deck! Beaches are less than a mile away as are some of the island's best restaurants, bars and best of all--live music almost every weekend! Appliances include: Washer/Dryer Stove/Microwave Dishwasher Toaster Oven Coffee maker and Keurig, Cooking utensils, pots and pans, dishes Linens/towels Iron/Ironing Board, small hair dryer, Ceiling fans and keypad access so no worries with losing keys and easy late check-in. Free WIFI but enjoy the weather, leave the office at home! Note we do not have cable, WIFI ONLY! Access to all complex amenities, even a fitness center and business center. Condo is a second floor unit, sorry no elevator, but all rooms are on one level.
