「Monday Cottage at Castlecliff is a charming and delightful holiday cottage. It has a very nostalgic feel, and the furnishings are brilliant to the period. It is close to the main beach which has lovely sunsets. For anyone wanting a true taste of period New Zealand then this is an ideal holiday base and location.」

「Wow what an absolute stunning place. We were definitely not expecting this. Out in the country with a view from our upstairs room out over the valley. Private deck area with Kereru in the trees beside us. Frances even left us with feijoas, homemade muesli, yoghurt bread, milk and spreads which was not expected. 「Great for position and access to surrounding activities. Spacious, comfortable an homely.」

「The property was lovely and met our needs.We were unaware host didn't meet us at check-in but sent msg that didn't show on email but required getting a code that took several minutes to appear on Ipad for us to get into the Stayz message. On home PC messages just appear; in NZ we needed code. There were no instructions on how to use TV, or find switch for outdoor lights when dark. The day after we returned home found 3 day old email from host requesting we feed the fish. Not seen so not done.」
