「The hotel floors were very clean ! They had a strict no smoking policy which we liked because of children and it’s hard to find clean air when smoking is common. But the staff were smoking inside everywhere so there was smoke and a strong smell. The bed was very very uncomfortable and most of all there was no buffet. We added on the half board and paid extra for it for buffet breakfast and dinner but there wasn’t a buffet at anytime. We were given an al la carte menu and still got a bill for...
