I couldn’t access the property, no entry instruction was shared, the phone number and the email address on the website was not reachable. I had to book another hotel, out in the cold at night in the middle of the street.

Je suis victime d’une arnaque avec cette hotel qui n a jamais existé.je me suis rendu sur place j ai. C est un magasin et non un hôtel . Je vais porter plainte à la police d ici peu. Le numéro de téléphone ne passe pas. Je vais également opter plainte sur Hotel.com
