The staff was very helpful and friendly. Location is excellent—close to major plaza sites and metro stations. Breakfast was outstanding! No complaints. We would stay there again.

Good stay
Very nice and helpful staff
Good breakfast
Good hotel not far from the center. Small, functional and clean rooms. Huge issue is the fact that the rooms are next to a huge street so make sure to bring earplugs.
Clean rooms in a great location. The only downside was the fire alarms that went off two separate times during my stay early in the morning hours. Everyone left their rooms and came downstairs and they told us it was a mistake both times. Other than that problem, it is a good hotel.
Central location but is very noisy.
The bedroom doors slam shut, making a very loud noise. You can also hear outside noises, from airplanes to the sirens of official vehicles passing by. Additionally, there's no air conditioning, and you have to leave the window open to ventilate the room. I'm giving it 4 stars for location, staff, and cleanliness.

If you are a solo traveller and male, I would opt for a bigger room or a different hotel. Their shower barely fit me and i’m 5’0 and 108 pounds. The shower drain did not drain fast enough and each night my floors were wet from having the shower overflow. The carpet in the room had some sticky areas. The location was great and the staff were always cheerful and friendly. Overall, the hotel was fine. I wouldn’t recommend it to my friends, but if you just need a place to rest, then this will do I guess.
Lovely little hotel, very central opposite the National Theatre and the area felt safe. It was about a 20 minute walk to Central train station. Staff were very friendly. We opted to have breakfast each day and although it was quite basic (cereals, scrambled egg & bacon, breads & waffles/pastries etc.), it was tasty and freshly prepared. Rooms were small but fine for what we needed, if a little warm (no sign of air conditioning), & a kettle would have been nice (but drinks were available in reception). Would definitely stay again.

The room was tiny and too hot. The bed was comfortable but could only get out on one side. The bath was handy. No kettle in room and nothing around the hotel. Bar is a few drinks behind reception. Ok for one night but wouldn't stay longer. Said I needed to pay city tax on leaving but had already paid on arrival.
The room was ok, friendly staff. My son had difficulty using loo at 6’2” his knees were touching the wall in front. We had 2 single beds - very comfortable. Could have had better pillows and windows don’t keep all traffic noise out. That said would stay again. Easy to get to from grande place.
Everything was ok except their WIFI… It does not work on th 5th floor where I stayed and it definitely needs to be fixed. And they do not answer to your messages through Expedia which also need to be fixed if they wanna be called ‘Hotel’. Though it was clean and good place to stay a night.
