“This is a great house if you have kids. The bunk room is great! The large beds in the other rooms are great for older kids or couples. We enjoyed our stay here!”

“What a great place to stay in College Station. The home was brand new and beautiful. It was clean and stocked well with what you would need for a short stay. The kind hosts were great with communication and sending details. Definitely would stay here again.”

“This property was perfect for our stay for a basketball tournament. I was a little concerned with there only being one bathroom, but we had no issues with that. The house is very cute and even had a few snacks for us. The bathroom was well stocked with extra toiletries which I found very useful. I would definitely stay here again.”

“The property was clean and welcoming, we were a party of eight and everyone had their own space. The host was accessible and the beds were extremely comfortable. All the comforts of home.”

“The host was responsive and accommodating on check-in, which we appreciated. However, the property itself was disappointing for the price point. We encountered multiple cleanliness and maintenance issues, including pests, mold/staining in bathroom areas, dirty kitchen items, worn furnishings, and non-working appliances. Overall, the home did not match the condition presented in the listing photos, and we ultimately chose to leave early rather than stay the final night.”

“Lots of parking, clean beds, spacious. Great location if you're visiting a loved one in the Federal prison system (Bryan Prison Camp walking distance).”

“Wonderful house for the weekend. Lots of room to spread out and so much entertainment provided! We can’t wait to find a reason to come back and stay again.”

“Our family had such a fun weekend at this wonderful property. The host was great and communicating check-in and check-out so there was no confusion. The home was SO well appointed. I honestly can not think of anything that was lacking; well stocked kitchen supplies , so many games and yard toys and of course Aggie love throughout . But the GAME ROOM !!! You could spend a whole long weekend in this home and not get bored. Absolutely loved it . Will be coming back first chance we get 🧡”

“Great house! Great location!!”

“The house was awesome and was exactly what was needed after watching some Aggie football. The communication from our host was second to none. Can not recommend this place enough.”

“This was our second time to stay at this VRBO. The hostess has always been super responsive and ensures her home is clean and ready for guests. Easy check-in and check-out. Comfortable home and great location to easily get to the A&M campus, restaurants and stores. We’ve enjoyed our stay both times and will definitely be back. Thanks Mindy! ”
