“We had such a wonderful stay for my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. Plenty of rooms and beds for everyone. As others have mentioned, this property could use a deep clean, especially the carpets. We also struggled to find sheets for the futons, though the property manager was quick to respond and solve the issue. We loved the pool table/ping pong table! And there was plenty of firewood for the fire pit. Thanks for a great stay.”

The only downside was there were no showers available, and the communal fire pits were a bit of a walk from my tent. The shared fire does promote socializing with fellow campers. Tips for future campers: bring firewood, and a small propane heater for your tent if it’s cold at night. And flashlights!”

Definitely off the beaten path (which I enjoyed) but would highly recommend getting there for the first time in daylight as it can be hard to find and feels like you’re in the middle of nowhere. “2nd time here and it was just as perfect as the first time. the home is perfect, modern, clean. the layout is great. 2 bedrooms on opposite sides of the house with a big open community kitchen and livingroom/den area. there are no words to describe the river. steps from the house. you can just sit there all day..deer are very friendly and come say hi a few times a day. living in vegas this is the perfect getaway from it all. will 10000% be back.”

“We had a wonderful time at this house in Elk Ridge. The pictures are accurate. The home is well appointed and we loved the large kitchen. It had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed causing the gas grill for our nightly dinners. The beds were very comfortable and we all had plenty of space. It was the perfect location to explore Both Zion and Bryce.
