“We loved this property. It had a fun vibe and the outside area was just beautiful. Highly recommend!”

“We absolutely loved the place! The kids didn’t want to leave, they had so many rooms to explore and enjoyed just lounging around and relaxing. The house is beautiful, huge and was very clean! We were provided plenty of towels and soap. The kitchen also provided everything we needed to cook a meal. We would definitely love to stay again in the near future!”

“I needed a place to stay a few nights by myself because my wife was not able to come with me. I didn't want to pay for a large unit a hotel with amenities I would not use, such as a conference room, free breakfast, office with a printer, etc. This was priced perfectly and was basically equal to a hotel room, only not as costly. The pool is nice, but I did not have time to use it. The bed was very comfortable. I have degenerative disc disease and have to sleep on a level bed, not one that sags……

“This was a nice home for our family and friend group. My husband and I were in town to see George Strait in Jacksonville. Our childcare plans had to change and we brought our daughter and had a friend meet us with her family to watch her. The host was accommodating and understood the situation. The place was clean and had plenty of space for our last minute addition. The pool was BIG hit with the kids. Getting them out almost made us late for checkout!!! Much nicer than any hotel I have stayed……

“The house was in a lovely quiet neighborhood. The space was nice for all of us to spread out and not be on top of each other. The pool area was perfect. Lots of floaties to enjoy! Great stay!”

“We were comfortable in this house but would have a few recommendations. The amount of dinnerware needs to be increased. Lighting could be improved with a pole lamp in the living room. We think that it should be emphasized that although you are in the San Marco area, you are not in walking distance to any of the shops and restaurants.”

“As a frequent user of VRBO properties this is the first house that I’ve been to that I felt right at home!! The owners absolutely thought of everything from shaving cream to fingernail polish remover. From the cleanliness to the decor, this property sets the standard very high and other property owners should take note. The very cute and cozy hideaway is a must!!! Next time I’m in Jacksonville I will check to see if this property is available. Thank you gentlemen for your southern hospitality!”

“Comfy and close to downtown”

“This location is great for anyone who plans to lounge by the pool all day. We brought our two young kids and two dogs, and really appreciated the quiet and private back yard, which is fully fenced in, and the heated inground pool. The driveway was long, and the street was very quiet. The inside of the house is sparsely furnished and is open and echoey, but has a spacious kitchen and bathroom. We used the laundry in the garage throughout our stay, which was very helpful.”
